The film will be available June 26 on Netflix. What Happened, Miss Simone?, directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Liz Garbus, combines archival footage, rare interviews, and recorded performances.

Her example is clearly a form of sustenance to a generation needing to find theirs. A famously temperamental but inspired performer, Nina Simone - though dubbed the 'High Priestess of Soul' - also skipped effortlessly between (and combined) Jazz, Rock, Pop, Blues and Folk. In a statement released by RCA, Hill shared her feelings about getting the opportunity to record Simone's songs, saying, "Because I fed on this music, both hers and lovers like her, like my basic food, I believed I always had a right to have a voice. She will also be lending her impressive vocal talents to "I've Got Life," "Ne Me Quitte Pas," " Black Is the Color of My True Love's Hair," "Wild Is the Wind" and "African Mailman."
"Feeling Good" is just one of six Simone songs Hill covers on the upcoming album, which RCA is set to release on July 10.
